This model is a greatly simplified version of a real jet engine. The kit contains all the parts you need to assemble the working model. Equipped with jet engine sounds, this detailed battery operated replica has high and low pressure turbines, and see-through casing to observe the Engine's moving parts in the illuminated combustion chamber. Includes its very own Haynes manual giving clear step-by-step instructions as well as some interesting background information about real engines. Requires 3x AA batteries, not included. For ages 10 years and over.
